Graham commenced refereeing at the age of 14 refereeing his first match in the Penrith region. His business took him to various parts of NSW where he continued his passion for refereeing amateur football returning to the Penrith region in 1997.
He continues to give back to grass roots football through refereeing and coaching and continues to show a dedication to the sport. As the inaugural NRG Referees Manager in 2014, he remained in that position for 6 years and served on the NRG management team for 8 consecutive years.
“Chappo” is regularly around matches across the Nepean District supporting, encouraging and inspiring our referees on their footballing journey.
