Our Winter policy: In Nepean Football winter competitions every effort is made to assign a referee to all games, though sometimes this is not possible. If a club has a specific reason for requesting a Referee be appointed to a competition match, they must follow the rules and regulations set down by Nepean Football Association for requesting a referee. No request during winter can be made by a team coach, manager or player this request must be made via your club to Nepean. This will then be received by the NRG Appointments team who will consider your request.
Pre-season trials: All pre-season and special event requests should be made via the following request form. All fees are payable in cash on the day to the referee. Referees fees will be 75% of the normal match fee unless arrangements are made with the referee on the day due to extended matches and trials not previously notified.
School Gala days: Regardless of how many matches are played, if you require referees for school gala days (which means more than one match being played) a fee of $140 per referee will be allocated, this can either be paid in cash on the day or we will send your school an invoice for payment. You will need to fill in the form below with as many details as possible so this can be forwarded to the referees.
School or charity organisation: If you are requesting a referee at any time during the year providing the referee is only required for one match, please fill in the form below and one of our team will be in touch with you. Our referees fees for single school matches are $70 per school match. This covers the referees time in getting to and from the location and the match itself. You will receive one of our certified NRG referees. All school matches are to be paid to the referee on the day in cash unless prior arrangements are made.
