Training Schedule

Training is very important and at Nepean Referees Group we will be encouraging as many Referees as possible to attend our monthly physical training nights. Our physical training program operates during February and March. This is an 8-week program designed to get you match fit for the season ahead which includes cardio training and regular runs from bridge to bridge.

The training schedule for the 2017 year is as follows:

  • Wednesday 8th February 6pm – meet opposite the Coffee Club on the Nepean River unless advised otherwise
  • Wednesday 15th February 6pm – meet opposite the Coffee Club on the Nepean River unless advised otherwise
  • Wednesday 22nd February 6pm – meet opposite the Coffee Club on the Nepean River unless advised otherwise
  • Wednesday 1st March 6pm – meet opposite the Coffee Club on the Nepean River unless advised otherwise
  • Wednesday 8th March 6pm – meet opposite the Coffee Club on the Nepean River unless advised otherwise
  • Wednesday 15th March 6pm – meet opposite the Coffee Club on the Nepean River unless advised otherwise
  • Wednesday 22nd March 6pm – meet opposite the Coffee Club on the Nepean River unless advised otherwise
  • Wednesday 29th March 6pm – meet opposite the Coffee Club on the Nepean River unless advised otherwise
